Unlike trading companies,we combine padel court manufacturing,artificial turf production and project support under one system,allowing us to maintain consistent quality,better delivery control and long-term product reliability.
Our product range includes panoramic padel courts,classic padel courts,super panoramic courts,floating padel courts,court covers,panoramic glass systems,artificial grass,lighting systems and a full range of court accessories. OEM and ODM services are available to meet different market requirements.
What makes Luck Padel different is not simply the products we manufacture,but the engineering standards behind every project. We adopt full MIG welding inside and outside the structure,followed by careful manual grinding to improve structural strength and appearance. For corrosion protection,we use zinc-rich epoxy primer combined with premium powder coating,while post-weld hot-dip galvanizing is available for coastal and high-corrosion environments where maximum durability is required.
Our artificial turf is produced in our own factory,allowing us to control yarn quality,backing systems and production consistency. This integration enables us to provide complete court packages from one reliable manufacturing source.
